During the course of preparing international property valuations, ReXperts draws upon the expertise of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and TEGoVA (European Group of Valuers Associations) networks. Knowledge of the local market and an understanding of the respective real estate legislation, as well as the legal system as a whole, provide the basis for every valuation -paired with technical know-how and an understanding of the tax situation.
All of ReXperts´ founding partners have been members of RICS for many years, and represent Austria in TEGoVA.
